Traveler353 Posted April 9, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2010 The Carnival ITs have been messing with site again. Check out the new booking pages where you select what cat of cabin you wish to check prices on.
spencercoop Posted April 9, 2010 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2010 I like how that looks. After you choose your cabin type and price level (early saver, fun saver, etc.) it takes you to the regular page like before.
kwbound Posted April 9, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 9, 2010 It looks good. But on the Ecstacy room descriptions it says there are hairdryers in all the rooms...that's not correct is it? I didn't think Ecstacy has hairdryers.

lollylew Posted April 9, 2010 #5 Share Posted April 9, 2010 Yeah those features are cool! It must have been done just recently because this morning I was pricing out a cruise on the Carnival Spirit and it was the same as before. Looks pretty sharp to me! :D

jpg1747 Posted April 9, 2010 #7 Share Posted April 9, 2010 I must be missing something; I don't see anything different.
Traveler353 Posted April 9, 2010 Author #8 Share Posted April 9, 2010 This morning when I was trying to check prices on my booked cruises I kept getting pages saying that no cruises were available on those days. It was back up and working when I returned from lunch. Doesn't look to bad, maybe more changes coming. My category is gone from the September Triumph cruise booked ES. But it is a long way to the next category, Going to take a big price drop before I can look forward to any refunds or OBC.:p

vwrestler171 Posted April 9, 2010 #14 Share Posted April 9, 2010 My 8M has dropped $20 per person, not a lot, but every little bit helps
gtalum Posted April 9, 2010 #15 Share Posted April 9, 2010 I liek the look, but it makes it harder to check teh fare for a cabin for 3 passenegrs (vs the default 2 passengers). Irritating.

jpg1747 Posted April 9, 2010 #17 Share Posted April 9, 2010 You have to pretend you are going to book a cruise to see the changes. I understand that. I do faux bookings all the time to check prices. Today it didn't look any different.
spencercoop Posted April 9, 2010 #18 Share Posted April 9, 2010 I understand that. I do faux bookings all the time to check prices. Today it didn't look any different. That's weird. Maybe the way you are doing it is different from everyone else???

Trplnckl Posted April 9, 2010 #20 Share Posted April 9, 2010 I don't recall what it looked like before, but it looks fine now. I checked my cruise and the Balconies must all be booked, nothing under them but a long dash. The next week my cat is $200 cheaper than I paid. Oh Well, I liked the price I paid before, I'll like it now.
