Costa Victoria in So American waters

My Brasilian spouse and I are sailing on the Victoria out of Rio de Janeiro on Feb 20. This is the first season the Victoria is cruising in Brasilian waters. This cruise is billed as a special "dancando no bordo" ( dancing on board) event. There will lots of Brasilian music and dancing ( with lessons) offered. Can anyone who has sailed the Victoria recently give me a snapshot of what I can expect in terms of food and service?
