Jewel of the seas - no no cabins

Recommended Posts

It was my 80th cruise on RCI, and my 3rd cruise on the Jewel of the Seas. Had a wonderful time, even though I was on a seminar cruise. However, there are some issues on choice of cabins on this ship. I did NOT make the choice since I was with a group...but, I was assigned Deck 2 #2028. This cabin had a screeching noise almost every morning from approx. 7:30-8:15am. The cabin across (#2029), had the same problem. DO NOT TAKE THESE CABINS BY CHOICE. Also, the cabins on Deck 10 can be very noisy, since the Windjammer and Pool are directly above that deck. Beware of the location. The ship itself is FABULOUS, as is the crew...so have fun.:)
