Navigator otS 1232 cabin opinions

Hello there,

this is my 1st posting here :)

 

we have just booked our 3rd cruise: Transatlantic in spring 2011 with the Navigator otS.

We have booked the balcony cabin 1232 on Deck 10 (D1). My wife prefers to stay in the front of the ship, I prefer upper decks.

I think for an eastbound TA we booked the right side of the ship for enjoying some sundowners on our balcony.

I'm just a bit courious because as I have seen on some ship fotos there is a porch just above the anterior cabins on deck 10. Will this cast a shadow on our balcony?

And what do you think about the cabin in common?

All balconies are covered by the deck above. You may not get full sun, but you will get plenty of light...it won't feel dark or "cave-like"...don't worry!

Thank you, cb at sea. I thought on these few cabins the canopy is slightly larger.
