ucapike03 Posted April 19, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2010 Hey everyone! I am sure there is a thread already out there about this, but I wanted to ask again... My wife and I are going with some friends of ours on their first cruise...I have been to St. Thomas once, but I don't remember what beaches we went to...I know we went shopping and eating in Charloette Amalie, but was wondering what there is for us to do on our own... What beaches are good...have cabs, but wont be too packed on a port day... Any good eat places in town when we go shopping? Looking for a beach with a bar on it so we can have our umbrella drinks under the umbrella. Any and all advice would be great.
shorties Posted April 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted April 21, 2010 We always go to Coki Beach. It's where the locals go. It also has great snorkeling.
m steve Posted April 21, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 21, 2010 lovely beach, good bar and restaurant and only $5 for lounger. Get a regular cab for the 4 of you and arrange pick up 1 1/2 hours before departure closing time. You'll probably want to stay there instead of a cruise next time.
