how bad is it if we don't do the pre-board paperwork?

I am talking about the one on the msc website where you put your name, address, passport number, etc. Do we just have to do it at the port??

I suggest doing it online, so you fastrack at the embarkation, (there should be an express line) it should not take more than 5-10 minutes if you have all your info onhand, if you choose to do it at the port you may have lineups,

We did the online check-in in December, but it's pretty lousy compared to Royal Caribbean or Celebrity.

In Genoa it didnt make any difference, they even refused to see the print-out. lol

 

So dont worry, you will be fine also without doing the pre-cruise registration. Enjoy your cruise!

Cant comment on Royal or Celebrity online registration, but the 2 MSC cruises we took with pre registration were a breeze (less that 5 mins)

 

They did accept the print out both times (out of Ft Lauderdale)

Do the paperwork on line. There were 2 lines for us and the "Express" did go faster.
