Copenhagen Card

I am trying to purchase the 72 Hour Copenhagen Card on-line and keeping getting denied after I plug in my credit card info.

 

This is the second day this has happened after numerous tries both times I have been on the site.

 

I did contact Capital One, and they are not seeing the denial.

 

So... is there something I need to do that I am missing? It does ask for Euros or Kroner and I just leave it on Euros.

 

Other than that, I have know idea why I am having this challenge.

 

I have sent an e-mail to them concerning the issue, but I have received nothing back.

 

Anybody out there had a positive experience with this site?

I just purchased two adults for 72 hour tickets yesterday with my Princess Visa without any problems. I also had a question for the tourist bureau and they responded within 24 hours. I purchased them at about 10 AM in the morning in California. Good Luck!!!:)

Did you put a three number code in or the four number code in when asked for a security number?

I put the three number code in and Capital One told me that was correct.

Moved from Capital One to CitiCard and had NO issues.

 

Go figure.

 

I may be looking at a small foreign fee charge now, but I wanted to get this out of the way.

 

If I contact Capital One about a Pre-Paid Card I will ask what them what the challenge might be.
