Hi I think we sort of met/posted on the boards before. We're from NY, doing a pre-cruise land tour and spending two nights in Vancouver after the cruise. What about you?

We are from NY(staten island). Before the cruise we are spending 5 nights in niagara falls(canada) where we are getting married. Then we are doing 1 night in anchorage, railroad to seward, and 2 nights in vancouver after the cruise.

Congratulations, Maverick! Our cruise is our celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary (which was yesterday) and we wish you all the best. The time will go quickly. Do either of you know anything about L'Hermitage Vancouver I booked our two nights in Vancouver there. I really wanted to stay in a Fairmont property but they are just too expensive.

Just this from a friend in Vancouver:she likes to use it because of the central location, reasonable rates & bigger-than-normal rooms. The only thing she doesn't like about it is the staff! She says that they must have the least friendly, most indifferent desk clerks in the city!

 

 

Location-wise, it's right downtown, four blocks from The Bay, at Georgia & Granville -- the traditional "centre of the city".
