Have you purchased Safe Sea Lotion from their webiste?

I was wondering if anyone has purchased Safe Sea Lotion directly from the company's website? I sent them an email a week ago regarding some questions I had and I never heard from them. Because my trip was a few weeks out, I just went ahead and put my order in. I received a confirmation number on the website but they never sent a confirmation email. I sent another email asking them to confirm whether they got my order but no response.

 

I'm just wondering if its normal for them to not respond to any emails or send a confirmation or purchase email?

I ordered 2 bottles on May 6, 2010 and did receive a confirmation email right away.

Expecting the product any day now. I have also ordered in the past with no problems.

Does this stuff work well? I am unreasonably terrified of jellyfish and anything else that stings :)

I have used the product, and unfortunately, did encounter little stingies in the water. Luckily, not really big jellyfish as I have experienced in the past, but enough to feel a bit of a sting for a few minutes. And we were slathered with the stuff.
