Radisson or Ouality Suites in Cocoa Beach (Cape Canaveral)

Hope someone can help me make up my mind what hotel to stay in for our cruise in May. We like to park the car at the hotel and take the shuttle to the port.

 

The Radisson’s cruise package is $139. I hear it is really crowded there on cruise days.

 

Quality Suites is $ 89.10. I don’t know if they will let you park the car there and take you by shuttle. If they are, I would rather stay at the Quality Suites.

 

If anyone has any info on this hotels, or has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

We have stayed at the Radisson twice now pre-cruise and have never felt crowded. The rooms are nice, the Flamingos restaurant is very good and the shuttle very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The shuttle is free with the Radisson. I think it is 12.00 person with other hotels. We're paying $109 with a AAA discount for Feb. 11th.

We stayed at the Quality Suites in March 2003. The rooms were very nice and clean. I don't think you park there though as the parking is very tight. I believe Quality and Raddison are owned by the same company/people. I think you would park at the Raddison anyway.

Thanks everyone, I decided to stay at the Quality Suites.

 

I called today and they said they will issue a voucher to park and catch the shuttle to the port at the Radisson. It’s only a couple of miles away.

 

It will save us $49 just on the hotel bill. (More martinis on the ship);)
