I have no specific info on Oasis deck 3 ov, but I have had deck 3 OV on another ship and LOVED IT. Especially when the waves were high!

I agree with Imasealuvr... ive had an Ocean View on Freedom and i really enjoyed it alot more than i expected to. Waking up in the morning with a huge window next to you and having the ocean just feet below you is a great experience. If you dont plan on spending much time in your room, Ocean Views are the way to go.
