Here is some details about the room.

 

Stateroom 8473 9A OSTW 185/75 = 260 sq ft

Beds twin/king / rab: 0

View window and wrap-around balcony Balcony partition connects to: none

Bathroom shower-toilet-sink

Features: flat screen-TV; telephone; 110 AC current; individual climate control; hair dryer; safe; minibar; 3-closets; sofa and coffee table; Carnival's Comfort Collection; Balcony features: 2 patio chairs and table

I typed the following into to google "carnival dream cabin 8473" and came up with a few hits, the first one being a thread about that cabin here on CC. Might be worth a peek since it didn't sound like people were raving about it.

Here are some pictures from the Conquest. Your room should be pretty similar to this room. It is in the same location as your room is on the Dream.

8473 is one on the be careful list.

 

It says it doesn't have a wrap balcony, but Carnival has fixed that.
