Excursions in St. Thomas

I have a few questions about excursions in St. Thomas. For anyone who has booked with Godfrey, I went to his website and does he take you to all of the places listed on his website for $20??? Also does anyone know a company or person that does the Atlantis submarine tour other than RC?

yes, he will take you all those places for that price. He is very knowledgeable about the island and very entertaining. It is the best shore excursion that I've ever taken.
