Via Tours for Ho ho and City cards

I was thinking of pr puchasing our city cards and hoho bus tickets on viatours....has anyone done this? Do you get your actual tickets or just vouchers? Also is there only 1 company in each of these cities that do HO Ho buses.....In London there are several companies so a little confusing....

 

Also: in Copenhagen the city card is free for kids under 7.....but there is a fee for kids 3 and up at Tivioi....so do they get in free is adults have card? Kind of confusing....
