Tastings** Additional FEE... Worth it or NOT?

I was reading the dailies on a recent Western Caribbean Solstice cruise that someone posted and saw many "Tastings" that seemed intriguing. I was wonder what is the FEE for the tastings (example: Margarita, Daiquiri or Spanish wines)? If you have participated in a "Tasting" can you give me some details. Which one did you enjoy the most?
