Celebrity's Cairo,Pyramids, Tombs

We are going on the Equinox Oct.18, and I was wondering if anyone did the Celebrity Cairo, Pyramids &Tombs tour. I also wanted to know if the tour was the 12 1/2 hours they say it is. Thanks.

Last year on the Equinox we did the Classic Cairo which included the Pyramids, Sphinx, Lunch at a hotel banquet room, the Museum, and a stop to pick up pre-ordered Cartouches at the Papyrus institute. It was a very long day and close to 12 hours. We all got a snack bag on the bus, plus they had water and soft drinks on the bus. That night the dining room was open seating. It was a long day but well worth it.

Thanks FBlack. I was wondering about the dining. We are already doing open dining, so that will work out well that night. Did you do the 13 night Holy Land cruise? If so, I was also wondering if you could remember which were the formal nights. Thanks, Grammy
