Seperate spending accounts on Board???

I know that on our last cruise with Carnival they did this, just wanted to see if RCCL can do the same thing. Will have a third traveling with my wife and I and I want to be able to keep the spending between himself and my wife and I seperate. I also have OBC pending that I will be using, not our third. Can RCCL make to seperate spending accounts for us even though we are all in one room????
