Emerald Princess VS D736- vent ok or not?

Hi,

I've read so much here about the vent issues for the aft cabins ....

Has anyone come back from Emerald Princess recently with experience about Vista Suite D736? I know about the beam, that is fine.

But what about the Vent??? Is it smelly? Is it noisy?

Thanks much!!!

We stayed in this cabin on the Caribbean Princess for 14 days and absolutely loved it! No odors at all. The balcony was very large with loungers and a table with four chairs. We loved to see and hear the wake of the ship. Enjoy!

We stayed in D736 on the Crown - and also D736 the Emerald... ships are sisters.

No vent issues at all... it is a great stateroom... have booked it twice now... and will book it again...

The beam is actually a good thing, and not obstructive at all, as you can sit behind it to get out of the sun. I am a natural redhead, so I am always seeking shade.
