n2knight Posted June 14, 2010 #104 Share Posted June 14, 2010 We certainly do!!!If you want to start throwing out some suggestions, that would be great. We could vote on them and be ready as soon as we hear anything! Well there are just broad ideas... We could be ship specific - and go with something like: Pride Paradise Pirates - do I get bonus points for alliteration? Pirates of Pride and Paradise - ummm I dont know about this one..... Or Paradise Pirates of the Pride - of the three I like this on the best Ok that's all my tired brain can churn out right now.

I love the alliteration and I like the 3rd one best too, but I am wondering if people will confuse us with a sailing on the Carnival Paradise? Maybe we could do something like Bermuda Bound Pirates of the Pride.....that's 2 alliterations!!

Would love to come up with something with a double meaning, pithy, or even a double entendre. But sadly I am tired and my only interest is to log off and go home finally! MSRussell Posted June 15, 2010 #108 Share Posted June 15, 2010 I'm going to try to save money, so I may book the Bermuda cruise while I'm on board the Legend in September. Is it ok if I join you all once I'm Bermuda bound?? Melanie

Melanie Hi Melanie, Keep checking here....our prices might very well beat what you could get onboard if you factor in OBC and other perks. Also, we will probably but not definitely, get a reduced deposit. That means you would only have to put down $25 pp now, pay the rest of the deposit at a future date then the final payment at another date. You could always send money to the group TA as payments anytime after you book. In order to get the group perks, amenities and any other discounts we get, you would have to book with the group TA. If you book elsewhere, you could always transfer your booking to ours. Of course, if you choose to not book with us, you can always come around and chat with us. Would love to have you join us!! Jolly Roger Reef Fishing and Helmet Diving Adventure Has anyone had any experience with these excursions? Thanks Ward The ship docks at Kings Wharf (Dockside). It's built up over the years, as it is the remnants of an old navy yard. Never done any excursions though. I either jump on the #7 bus to the beaches, or the ferry over to Hamilton. One of these times, I hope to get over to St. George. I have a bunch of pix in my three ExOS pic folders, as well as a review with pix below (but it's not Carnival...those are in a folder called Pix over the years)

I noticed that you stated that this sail date is to late in the season for you. Do you think September will be cold? I am hoping not.. It is still really warm here in PA usually in Mid September.. Is there a month that you favor?

Do you think September will be cold? I am hoping not.. It is still really warm here in PA usually in Mid September.. Is there a month that you favor? I have enjoyed both July and August, which surprised me. The nice cool breezes keeps things comfortable. September I would consider, as it is still technically summer. October is out (for me), as it all depends what weather pattern is coming through.
Crazeecat5 Posted June 15, 2010 Author #119 Share Posted June 15, 2010 Hoping to get the Sept. date....put that in with Laura as our first choice. I would hope the waters might still be a little warmer from the July & August months. With 3 days in Bermuda, I'd hope at least one of them would be a beachy kind of day! Is it ok if I join you all once I'm Bermuda bound?? Melanie Another thought on this would be to buy a Future Cruise Cert. on the Legend, if they are available, then wait and book with the CC Group, then you would get to be a part of the CC Group, the CC OBC and amenities, and then send in your FCC, and get that OBC also... Got to work the system!!!! LOL, I am only lurking, but thought I could add to your post...
