egg crate mattress toppers

We are sailing on the Emerald Princess in August. We are first time cruisers and I have noticed a lot of comments about uncomfortable mattresses.

I have athritis in my spine and must have a comfortable bed,can we order those egg crate toppers online,or is there a phone contact I can ask about this.

You can also ask your room steward for what you need - even for a new mattress. But ask in advance to be safe. We have been on MANY, MANY cruises and have never had a bad mattress and we like them hard.
