NCL Jewel mini suite questions

I am booked in a balcony for 2 adults and 2 kids on the Jewel. I am considering trying to upgrade to an AF mini suite. The following mini suites are available on the 11th floor. Since one of the kids is a 10-month old I am concerned about the extra noise from the 12th floor.

 

Has anyone ever stayed in any of the mini suites before and was it quiet? I know that there are no extra perks in the mini suites except a bathtub and a little extra room. The extra room would help with the crib.

 

The rooms that are available are: 11100, 11602, 11102, 11604, 11536, 11534, 11034, 11608, 11108, 11618, 1118, 11528, 11028, 11620 and 11120.

 

Thank you for any advice because I'm not sure what to do. The difference would be about $200 if NCL would give me the upgrade. The price for a mini suite per person has gone down. I paid more per person for the balcony room I have.

I think I would choose 11028 which is under the library or cardroom, I believe. These rooms are likely to be quiet at night.
