Cooking class in Cabo?

My wife and I are going to be in Cabo in July. We have been there a few times already so are looking for something a little different to do. I was looking on Royal Caribbean’s list of excursions, and came across one ‘Cabo Cuisine and Beach Resort Escape’. Its where they take you to a beach where you have a chef teach you how to cook an authentic Mexican meal. We both love to cook, so I thought this would be a really fun thing to do. However, the tour is 4 hours because the rest of the day you sit at the beach. We are doing beach things at the other places we are visiting, so I’m not really interested sitting at one here as well.

What I am looking for is for any reviews of people who have done this excursion, or possibly if anyone knows of somewhere else that offers something similar to this.
