Countdown Clocks

I used to have these down "pat" and now when I try to enter a cruise I just booked it just says "INVALID FILE" when I try to paste the code given to me.

I also need to remove the cruise I cancelled.

Can someone help me? I'm using the CC Countdown Clock site that I clicked on (at the top of the listings).
