Anytime Dinning? Why is this not on all Princess Ships?

It seems that Princess does not offer anytime dining on the ships that have a home port in Australia, even though before they left, they did offer it when sailing out of the U.S. They changed to only tradtional after they went south.

But don't feel bad, the smaller ships of the Princess fleet (Ocean, Royal and Pacific) also only have traditional. But the reason for that is that they only have one dining room onboard.
