Playa Mia Beach

We were there in May and plan to go back over the 4th of July. The beach was so rocky. Has anyone been there recently?:confused:

I would also like to know about Playa Mia.

 

manytimes -- when you were there in May do they still have the same loungers that are close to the ground?

I was there last October, and while the beach was not rocky, there were quite a few rocks in the water. They didnt bother me though because they were rounded and were not sharp if your feet landed on one, just a little rough. But the water was so clear that you could see down and avoid them. I was up to my neck in the water. We liked everything else about Playa Mia too. I cant honestly remember the loungers though, so cant tell you what they were like. I would love to go back there again.:)

The beach at Playa Mia is rocky, I stub by toe many times in the water. The resort is nice. Been there 3 times, may try Nachi Cocum next time.
