We are going to Calica as one of our stops on the Carnival Elation. We have already chose out excursion for cozumel and reallllly want to snorkel somewhere in Calica!!! Any suggestions!!!!:eek:

Hi acraig3418. We sail June 28th on Elation too. We booked Nachi Cocom for Cozumel, but so up in the air for Calica. Carnival doesn't have any excursions that sound very interesting to us. I'm hoping someone replies to your question with some interesting things to do in Calica.

Good snorkeling at Akumal and Yal ku Lagoon. I think that it is supposed to be good at Xel ha too. If in doubt you might want to take an Edventure tour. I've seen nothing but rave reviews.

 

We took a $30 taxi to Yal ku and then rode the collectivo back to Playa del Carmen for $2 or $3 @.
