Has anyone done this optional excursion with Uniworld. It sounds really great but I am just wondering how strenuous it is? I'm in decent shape for a 60yr old women BUT I am a 60yr old women. Just wondering if there is anyone on here who can give me first hand information. Also what is the cost?
