Madrid - Car Service to Airport

Can anyone recommend a reliable car or shuttle service that can transport us from our hotel in Madrid to the airport? Also, what time do we need to be picked up if we're staying at a hotel on the Calle Gran Via and our international flight departs at 12:40 pm on a Monday?

Not sure that you need a car service; there should be lots of regular official taxis around Grand Via. You can also ask the hotel to call one for you if necessary but then taxi will charge more. Trip is short (20 min to 30 min). Some people check in 3 hrs prior to departure so leaving around 9 am should be fine.
