Buy liquor room package on the ship?

We are looking at a longer cruise. We will likely order the liquor package to have a bottle delivered to our stateroom. Depending on shore excursions, etc. we may want to get a second bottle for the cruise. I've researched CC and X website, but can't determine if you can get a bottle ordered on board. Is it available, and is the price the same as a pre-ordered bottle ($80 for the brand we want)?

Yes, the bar setup can be ordered onboard for the same price. I ordered one right after boarding and it was delivered within 20 minutes.
