TracersQQ Posted June 26, 2010 #1 Share Posted June 26, 2010 We have 2 cabins booked for our upcoming cruise - one is in mine and my husbands name and the other is in my son and his friends name. The price of our cruise went down a few days and I submitted a form for our room and then submitted a 2nd form for my sons room. The rooms are the same category, but his got approved and mine got denied. I took a screen shot - I'm glad I did because they are saying that they denied it because the price was more than I originally paid (it seems they are going by todays pricing since the price has gone back up). Anyways, can I reply to the e-mail so I can send the screenshot or do I have to call Carnival?
parrotthead Posted June 26, 2010 #2 Share Posted June 26, 2010 I think you send it right back to the person who denied it. let them know you have 2 cabins, etc. Im sure someone knows for sure, but I think thats the answer. Good luck.
lillian marie Posted June 26, 2010 #3 Share Posted June 26, 2010 I'd call CCL cust. ser. and try to speak to a manager and discuss your situation. I've had them deny my request before but it was because my cabin catagory was not included in the price reduction because it was already sold out. TracersQQ Posted June 26, 2010 Author #5 Share Posted June 26, 2010 Thanks for the replies - I just replied to "denied" e-mail and I explained what the price were that I saw and that my sons (I gave his booking #) booking was approved and I added the screenshot showing the rates with the date and time that I saw them. Wish me luck!
