Victory - Teen Club 02?

I'll be on the Victory with my 16 yo dd. All of a sudden I'm readying snippets that there's now a teen club on Victory. I was just looking at Carnival Caper from this year and it looks like there are teen events in "Club 02." Anyone know about this? Is it new? Did they put in a teen club while it was dry docked this fall?
