Hotel parking while on a cruise

The Miami port board is a better place to ask your question. We have stayed at the La Quinta East near the airport several times and they have free parking plus a free shuttle to the port. The free parking has recently been limited to one week (after that it is $5. per day) and you will have to take a taxi back to the hotel at the end of the cruise.

I also used the LaQuinta East by the airport. The earlier you arrive on Friday and get signed up for the shuttle, the earlier you will get to your ship. The rate for the night was less than it would have cost to park at the port for the week.

Hi there!

We live in Florida so we always drive to the port.... If you stay at the Double Tree Hotel Biscayne Bay (waterfront so you can see the cruise ships in the distance from the balconies!) they have a PARK AND CRUISE DEAL. If you stay just 1 night with them they will keep your car in their parking garage with security for FREE for up to 7 nights. You must ask for the park and cruise deal. The port charges $20/per day of your cruise so if you are on a 7 day cruise it can add up fast.... Last year we paid $82 for the room and was upgraded to a Deluxe suite for no additional charge.... plus they have unlimited hot chocolate chip cookies at the front desk

1st cruise out of Miami, driving there. Anyone know some good hotels that have free parking included in package.

There's a website you can go to that covers the information that you're looking for.

Go to http://www.buyreservations.com and you'll find many options for hotels and free parking for the cruise.

Good luck and have a great cruise.

Hello...

We have left our car at the Extended Stay suites Brickell Ave in Miami before. They offer a small white van to take you to and from the port.

The hotel is within walking distance from Publix, and is in a residential neighborhood.

The Miami port does offer parking at $20 a day. Its much cheaper to leave your car at a hotel.

Thanks Howard for the information... That is a new site for me...

We have used the Resident Inn by the Orlando airport while on an Alaskan cruise. We were gone for 19 days, and the only cost was for a very reasonable rated room with a balcony.
