We ordered room service liquor (Bacardi Rum $40) from Triumph in 2007. I know that seems pricey but IMHO well worth the money. We did it several times for that cruise but in speaking with my PVP he said some ships will do room service liquor and others dont. What ship are you on? We just got off the Fantasy last month but didnt have the need for ordering room service liquor this time.

Someone, somewhere has listed the entire pricing guide on another thread. Let me see if I can find it for ya.

Yes, two days prior to sail is the cut off apparently.. At least some people have stated that they ordered 2 days prior..
