Uploading Photos to Photo Gallery

I've been trying to upload recent cruise pictures to the gallery but they don't seem to be uploading. I hit "submit" and after a time, it goes back to the main page of the category of pictures (e.g., cabins) but my pictures are not there. Neither are they there when I go to my photos.

 

Am I doing something wrong?
