Snake in Hong KOng

I was wondering if anyone has been to Hong Kong and can recommend anyway to eat snake. I am not looking for any big fancy restaurant or anything. Can you buy it from a market stand or anything? Everyone thinks i am mad, but when in Rome........

They eat snake soup, which you can't tell snake inside. If you go to a regular restaurant to eat snake soup, you will never see any snake. If you go to a specialty snake shop, you will be surrounded by snakes. Snake soup is available in winter only, usually from December to March. I have to admit snake soup is very delicious.

I have eaten everything you can and can't imagine but I have to say on this one... YOU ARE MAD!!!
