menus and when to book specialty restaurant on Dawn

I'd like to pick a couple of specialty restaurants to dine at on our 9 night cruise on the Dawn, but would prefer to do it on a night that the MDR menu doesn't appeal to us - will we have problems getting a same-day reservation? Is a MDR menu for the entire cruise available at the beginning? Also, are the specialty restaurant menus fixed or do they change nightly? Oh so many questions! :o

We have just walked up and have gotten into a speciality restaurant if they weren't fully booked. So yes you can reserve a speciality restaurant the same day depending upon how booked they are...

 

The main dining rooms menus change daily and along with the speciality restaurant menus can be seen for the entire cruise at the front desk if you wish to plan ahead... They are also posted daily at each speciality restaurant and dining room... The speciality restaurants have the same dinner menu throughout the cruise...
