HELP HElP for a friend

Hi,

 

Need some help for a friend. I would like to have the CEO's name and address. She tried to get help from RCCL (PHONE CALLS ) no help there. she went up the chain of people there and got no help just a nasty lady who said she can't help her.

 

What happen is.

A FCC was put down.

On board future cruise person put the Agency's name on the FCC.

But it is another agency with the same name. So it is wrong agency.

Phone number is wrong too of agency

Can't find the agency.

RCCL is giving no help by phone.

 

Nedd to take this up with a higher up.

Try agoldstein@rccl.com Make sure that you explain everything in detail in the email. Include a phone number where you or your friend can be reached. Mr. Goldstein is the CEO of Royal Caribbean International. Sending an email should get you quicker results than snail mail.

My friend all ready has heard back from RCCL head office. That was fast. They have all read spoke to the TA who should have the pre booking and will find the TA who got it by mistake and transfer it to TA it was meant for.

This is alot better service that the persons she spoke to yesterday.
