Hoonah and ISP with kids - what to do for FREE or low cost?

All the excursions in Hoonah/ISP appear to be pricey. We have 8 of us (ages 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 40, and 40). We already are booked and paid for Whale Watching in Juneau and so that is out for Hoonah/ISP What do you recommend for free or for great financial value that teenagers will have fun doing. 3 of the 6 kids do NOT weight enough to do the zipline.

Your suggestions are appreciated!!
