Nieuw Amsterdam Mediterranean Empires travel blog

For those that may be interested I have created a new travel blog for our upcoming Mediterranean Empires cruise on the ms Nieuw Amsterdam. The goal for this initial installment was to lay out the pre-cruise planning to not only help us but also to possibly aid others that may be visiting the same ports. As a follow up to the pre-cruise blog, I plan on doing a "Live From The Nieuw Amsterdam -- Mediterranean Empires" daily blog to chronicle the cruise itself.

 

I hope that you find it helpful and maybe a little entertaining. I look forward to any comments on how I can make it better.

 

I want to issue a special thanks to DBA (Dutch By Association) for providing the inspiration for this blog. I had thought about creating a blog for some time but had no idea where or how to start. After running across the DBA blog I knew at least how I wanted it to look and that gave me the jump start on creating the World Traventures blog. Thanks DBA!
