Almost afraid to ask

I'm almost afraid to ask, but here goes...

Can anyone suggest any good all inclusive beaches in Cozumel?

My preference is for lots of activity and people. Within reason of course.

I want alcohol and food included as well as the non motorized water sports (not mandatory).

Somewhere that offers parasailing, snorkeling and possibly an introduction to scuba style dive for non certified divers.

Anyone know of anywhere that fits the bill? Prices and contact information appreciated.
