I am thinking of taking a cruise on the NCL Jewel next summer with a group of friends. Any feedback on the treatment of lesbian/gay groups?

Should not be any problem, NCL has always treated me well and I have met many great people aboard their ships. I have never experienced any issues with the crew. My experience on the Norwegain Jewel was on a TransAtlantic sailing where there were many of us aboard.

We sailed on NCL Jewel a few years ago and it was a great cruise, very gay friendly and met some great people, we are still in touch with a lesbian couple from New York.

Hi travelkeys,

 

My partner and I were on the Jewel this past February. We were treated wonderfully and had a great time. The ship usually has Friend of Dorothy (FOD) gatherings in the Star Bar each evening. We met a lot of nice people at these gatherings and would often end up going to dinner with new friends after the FOD gatherings.

 

The time and place for the FOD will be in the daily newsletter.
