can we take a cab to paradise beach and just pay admission? How much $$ for cab from pier? Admission to beach?

I don't think there is an "admission fee" to Paradise Beach.

You can purchase a $10 wristband for use of the water toys and I think rent the chairs for $2. They have a facebook page and a website you may want to check out too!

 

We will be there in November and can't wait to hit Paradise Beach.

The cab will run you $12 -15 ONE WAY for up to 4 people....

don't worry about grabbing a taxi back to the ship, there are more taxis than sand in Cozumel.....

 

If there are just the two of you....don't be shy. See if someone else from the ship is headed to Paradise Beach and share a taxi. It will save you some bucks at least one way!

 

Paradise Beach does not charge an entrance fee.

 

Lounge chairs are $2 each. They come with an umbrella and table.

This also covers a CLEAN restroom, changing room, outdoor shower to get the sand off and free Internet at the bar.

 

They also offer a wristband that is $12 for unlimited use of their nonmotorized water toys (they have the most of any beach), snorkeling, kayaking and land toys like a bungie trampoline ...you can even climb a coconut tree.

 

(did that....(age the ripe old age of 54...and made it to the top) LOL

 

The wristbands are optional. Our boys always get them....most of the time hubby and I do not. (we are more shade people)

 

Food and drink are safe ..... folks rave about their guacamole ( I don't eat the stuff)...
