Hop on Hop Off in Saguenay

Recommended Posts

Wow...not much info on the forums here about this port. My understanding is there is a hop on hop off bus for $10. Has anyone taken this before? Does it include the covered bridge I have seen in pics? Do you recommend it or just walk about the port?

We did this cruise last year and did a Princess tour in Saguenay. We saw the HOHO buses, only one or two small decorated buses. There was always a line waiting for them when we were there. No idea where it went.

We enjoyed the port more than anything--the people waiting for us there, singing, dancing, and all the other stuff they were doing at the dock. They were dressed in costume from the 1800s (or earlier), with pieces of blueberry pie, taffy, animals...very entertaining.

The excursion we went on wasn't much, just driving around several of the small towns, seeing closed paper mill, the white house, etc.
