First time cruiser so please forgive me if this question is basic.

 

I am cruising on Solstice on 19 December. It appears that I can now book shore excursions, beverage packages and aquaspa treatments online through the My Celebrity link, but still can't make specialty dining reservations. Is this normal?

Different "things" [excursions, speciality dinning, etc.] open up at different times. Just keep checking as there seems to be no rules for what opens up when.

Yes, I'll second that. I'm leaving 10/10/10 and just yesterday was the first day i could purchase a beverage package, although I could sign up for the specialty restaurants weeks ago. It seems to have no set pattern and even seems to make no difference if you are fully paid or not.
