RCCL players club

Has anyone else had problems with the RCCL players club? I had the worst experience on my most recent cruise. It was insulting trying to get marked. Pit bosses never even paid any attention and were irritated when I tried to find out if I was in the system from last cruise or if I wasn't if I could get into it this cruise. I was playing 2 hands of blackjack $75-150 each for hours and didn't get anything. Not even a drink! Or a stupid key chain. Really irritating. For the money I think we're considering doing a CCL trip just because Ocean Players were so much nicer.

Yea - I've said it before in several of my posts. RCCL is pretty bad. I've had positive experiences with Celebrity and Amazara. NCL is high touted on these boards but I haven't had the experience yet. CCL is good for drinks and a fruit basket or two...but I haven't found much else...

Try NCL - at your level of play you will get free drinks and your next cruise for free..
