Destiny 25th Sept

Any Dancers going on the Destiny departing 25/09.?

 

Recall last time on Destiny there was dancing to records about 6.30 and there were about 4 or 5 couples who were regulars.

 

I remember the music was real good for dancing as well, by the Top Men or some name like that.

 

Usually cruise with Friends but this time just my wife and Mother, she is 86 and runs us off our feet.

 

Anyway maybe see a few posters on the 25th ?

Hi we are on the Destiny 25th September, what sort of dancing? we like ballroom, like a nice slow walz or the odd quickstep! makes a change from disco

Yep, ballroom plus a bit of the old latin.

 

Not exactly gold medal standard but enjoy, maybe see you early doors if the ballroom stuff is still on at 6.30, if not will have to wait until around 9.30.

 

I often have a stripped jacket on that all my friends say makes me look like I am selling ice cream. My wife is tall and slim with spikey hair.

thanks for your reply, havnt done much ballroom dancing for many years but would be nice to have a spin round the dance floor so hope it is on, may see you there!

both myself and husband will be sailing on that ship and we are into latin and ballroom dancing maybe meet up for a quick step or two
