Fleming beach transportation.

We weren't planning on renting a car. Whats the best way to get to Old Fleming Beach from Lahina? If a taxi is the only option - what would the fare be? Thanks all!

I thought maybe Akina tours might run something, but it looks like they have cut back on public transportation. I did come across this web site

I think you're probably going to have to look at a taxi ride. But the problem is arranging the pick up. Good luck!

Isn't Old Fleming Beach next to the Ritz Carlton? Walk through the grounds to the front and catch a cab. We have stayed twice at the Ritz Carlton and it was great. Very accommodating and relaxing. We laid in the hammock right next to Old Flemings. Great Beach and Great location... Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Old Fleming. Not crowded like the Kanapali Beaches.

Just a clarification.

 

D.T. Fleming Beach is the beach that's under the Ritz Carlton Kapalua. Old Fleming Beach is now called Kapalua Beach - and the closest hotel is the Kapalua Bay Hotel (opposite side of Kapalua from the Ritz). But yes, you can probably catch a taxi from there.
