Question please ?????????

Recommended Posts

We are going on the dream in a couple of weeks and although we have cruised once before a good few years back and never with Thompson I remember enjoying all the onboard things we had on our last cruise and would like to know what stuff Thompson do.

Not that I am a bingo or a game show freak but boy did we have a few laughs with them last time. Also we had fancy dress party on deck ect, onboard comps like get as many of the crews autographs as possible it ran over a good few days and was a hoot. Also daily fitness if you wanted jogs around the decks in the mornings loads of things we also had ice carving demo`s and cocktail making demo`s ect is there things like this on dream thanks:D

Yep, most of that stuff but no fancy dress or autographs. It is 420 metres once round the promenade deck so 4 laps and you have done a mile, not that I noticed anyone actually running. There is a gym on deck 10 with all sorts of torture devices if you like that sort of thing.

The game shows are in the Medusa lounge which is a beautiful room as are all the public rooms which are well decorated and in good condition.

A new import from the USA is auctions of sports memorabilia, Roonys left foot for 500 quid etc. A laugh if you don't actually buy anything.

For the dissolute amongst us there is the casino which Thomsons thought was too large. They better think again as there were often queues to get rid of money. They have a side bet accumulator o the casino stud table, a side bet plus a good hand and you get some of the pot. 100% for a royal flush  It started at £500 and was over £1600 14 days later, might be over 3 grand by now with the rarity of a royal flush might be over 20 grand by October :D

Find sursprising that Thomsons think the casino is too large,I thought it was a bit on the small side

They had 2 roulette tables but only one set of chips!

Apparently what was on the Thomsons MD's mind was converting the casino space into additional cabins. Moving the kids club and utilising the redundant teenage zone plus chapel would free up the space. I suggest they don't bother and spend all the money on the aircon and plumbing. without them fixed they won't fill the cabins anyway.
