Serenade Connecting Rooms - Noisy?

Recommended Posts

We were on the Jewel (Serenade sister ship)and had a connecting cabin. Never hear anything coming from the cabin next to us. We did meet the couple in that cabin out on the balcony. It turned out that the lady use to live about 2 miles from us. Really small world getting smaller all the time.

Thanks for the replies. We decided to go with an ouside cabin, not a balcony, which is the one with the connecting door. Figured we would save a little on the price of the cabin and have more to spend on excursions!

We did the same thing! Have fun! I go in 6 weeks!

I have always had problems with neighbours in adjoining cabins. On the Adventure, the light from the adjoining cabin used to light our cabin up at night so you can imagine that the noise was easily transferred through the gap too. We must be unfortunate because three times, we have had troublesome VERY noisy inconsiderate neighbours and I would never accept an adjoinng cabin again.
