Blackbeard's or Secret Harbour on St. Thomas???

HELP!!!!

 

We've been to St. Thomas a few times...did the island tour once and after that just did some shopping and got back on the ship. We range in age form 11 - 86 (11 of us) this time and want a fun day for all. Have narrowed our day down to two choices...Considering Blackbeard's Castle for the pool, bar and restaurant or Secret Harbor for the beach. Does the beach have any water sports of floatation devices? Which would you select?
